Saluting Branches is a national day of service for tree care professionals to volunteer their time and skills to care for trees and landscapes at properties dedicated to veterans.

With vendors, speakers, and demonstrations, Fall Field Day is your opportunity to learn about emerging issues, experience hands-on skill building, network with industry peers, and earn professional credits.

Arborists, aspiring arborists, and other interested green industry professionals are invited to an Exam Review and Prep Session before the October 7 Certification Exam. We’ll start indoors with a review of tree biology, tree identification, soils, and pests/diseases, then continue with a field walk, offering plenty of time for hands-on practice and discussion. We’ll wrap up with a practice quiz and time for Q&A with the instructors. While the workshop is designed for those preparing for the NHAA Certification Exam, anyone interested is welcome to attend.

The deadline to apply for NHAA’s Fall Certification Exam has passed, but we may consider offering an exam in the winter if there is enough interest. Please contact us if you would be interested, or apply by March 2, 2026 to take the Spring 2026 Exam on Tuesday, April 7.

Join the New Hampshire Arborists Association for our Annual Fall Work Day, Saturday, October 25 at the Fort at No. 4 in Charlestown. The Fort at No. 4 is an open-air history museum dedicated to sharing the rich heritage of the Upper Connecticut River Valley. Lunch will be provided. Please bring your own PPE. Please sign up by Monday, October 20 so we can get a head-count for lunch!
